I have to say that this Brand and types of pens have become me favorite to write with. I got some before that were 0.7 mm and I liked them. So I decided to try these 0.5 mm and love them too. They are retractable and have the clip part where you can clip on your shirt pocket or pair of pants. The pen itself glides smoothly. And I can't explain it but there's nothing like a pen that writes good. The tip is the perfect width. There are pens that are better than some and the better the pen is the better my handwriting is. These pens make my writing better and less sloppy than most.

Awesome pen!!
The papermate profile gel pen is an awesome product! I was thoroughly pleased by this pen and it did not disappoint. I am a nurse, so that means that I am constantly writing and signing all day long. Being that I am always writing I am very particular about the type of pen I use. The papermate profile was by far one of the best i have used in a while. After just one day of using it I put all the other pens I use away as I no longer wanted to use them. I am definitely a new fan of this pen. I have used other gel pens before but the profile writes like no other. It glides across the paper with ease no skips and no smudges. The gripper makes it so comfortable while holding it and just feels natural in your hand no matter what hand you write with. Papermate has a fan for life after using the profile gel pen.

Prepare to write with the ultimate ease...
Seriously - these pens are the smoothest writing experience I can imagine. Buy them and you'll see - they really make the whole writing experience more enjoyable. I used them to write all of my thank you cards after the holidays and my hand wasn't tired afterward. Also, this might sound strange, but I feel like they write so smoothly that it makes my penmanship better. It's still writing, but elevated :) Highly recommend!

LOVE these pens!
This is great pen. It is has a comfortable barrel grip. It also has a plastic tip you need to remove before using. I like this because it prevents any leakage or drying up of the ink. It's like using a fresh pen every time. The ink is very smooth and flows easily. also love the .5mm tip which give a smooth fine point line. Definitely recommend

Love the smooth flow
I'm super picky about my writing utensils. Really love the smoothness of these gel pens. No skips in the ink and they glide across your paper.
Rich, dark lines that are easy to read. The ink dries super fast eliminating the smears that can occur with a gel pen.
Very comfortable to use. Perfect for those who write a lot. Ink lasts a long time.

They work great
Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made so far this year ! I don’t even know where to being on describing how awesome and amazing these pens actually are . They write beyond smoothly and have that nice scratchy feeling at the same time ! There isn’t anything to dislike about them besides the fact there so great !

Love These Pens!
I love the Paper Mate Profile Gel 0.5mm pens! I do a lot of writing for my career and I am pretty picky about the pens I use. I hate picking up a pen that does not glide smoothly across the paper - and these pens do not have this issue. These pens write smoothly and perfectly even! I am a big fan!

These pens are my absolute favorite! The writing is so smooth. The grip on the pen is perfect and keeps writing for a long period of time comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with air bubbles in the ink causing it to skip like a lot of different brand pens do. I HIGHLY recommend.
