She uses the variety of colors to teach and to help capture their attention. Being in the classroom her kids will often grab them and can be very rough with the pens. She hasn't had any of them break or stop writing, even after some heavy abuse. They move smoothly on the paper and even the light colors show up on white paper. She also uses them on colored paper for contrast. She highly recommends them for teachers everywhere and they would work well in a corporate environment to use color to differentiate or just liven things up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MissyK17 from Nice pen! The PaperMate InkJoy Gel pen is a great gel pen. The tip is super fine, and the body of the pen is well made. There is a rubber ish grip extending all along the body of the pen except for a window where you can see how much ink is left in it. It has a plastic clip and metal on the end where you click it to extend. It's easy to hold, but I do wish that it was tapered a bit at the end where you hold it. It feels slightly awkward to hold, but it doesn't hinder writing in any way. It writes very smoothly and the ink dries really fast. I have used a lot of gel pens and these are among the best of the best!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Salo56 from Smooth to Write With I love these pens. Out of all the colored pens I have these by far have some of the most unique colors in them as far as ink colors go. As for the pen itself these write super smooth and are comforting to write with. I personally prefer gel in writing it's just different from regular ink. And these did not disappoint when writing with them their smooth and theirs a comfortable grip when holding the pen. I would also like to point that these dry pretty quick and didn't smear. And they didn't bleed. I can't reccomend these enough. Their comfortable to write with and the colors are unique and different.

I actually bought a 2-pack of inkjoy pens a few years ago and I love them so much I actually never lost them and kept them until the ran out of ink...which is kinda unheard of if you work as a server. Now there a whole 30 count set with AMAZING colors I actually don’t work as a server anymore but that’s pens have remained my absolute favorite. Now I use them for journaling and even to color code things at my new job. They feel great on my hand without any strain and they write so smooth. The ink flows well, and the colors are so strong and vibrant. However, if you have a pen fanatic in the house or any creative types you might want to grab two sets so no one fights over them! Totally worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DiannaT from Awesome pens! These pens were really neat. I loved all the colors that this package had in it. They write very smooth and they don't smudge at all. Only thing I had trouble with is the little balls at the end you need to take off before writing. I kept forgetting to take it off before I wrote. I thought it wasn't working at first. Silly me just forgot all about it. Other than that they were excellent pens. The colors showed up very well and were very vibrant. I used these pens to help my 3 year old learn more colors as thers such an array of colors. I highly recommend them. Best pens I've ever used.

These dry a lot quicker than other gel pens I've used AND they even dry quicker than some other varieties of inkjoy gel pens I've used! A beautiful assortment of colors. They don't match the color on their barrels exactly, but close enough. The tube inside that holds the gel is nice and fat--so they are generous in the amount of gel ink they give you. And there's a clear panel on each pen so you can see as you're getting low. Over-all, a really nice set of colored pens that come in their own clear carrying case (so they stay organized). I'm very pleased with their performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by banderson08 from Love these pens!! I love these pens so much! They have such great colors! They also do a great job of laying ink down on paper in a way that is nice and smooth. It is hard to go back to any other kind of pen after using these. My only issue is the size of the pen barrel is a little on the thicker side it feels like. But that is a very minor complaint as I know it is supposed to be ergonomic and maybe it just takes getting used to on my part. The colors are bold and unique. They have no smearing which is crazy awesome for a gel pen! Again, I just love the colors they are so much fun and look great!!

There were so many pretty colors that I was very excited to try them. As I started to write with the pen, I noticed how comfortable and lightweight the pen felt in my hand. As I wrote, I enjoyed the ease of the gel gliding on the paper, which looked very bright and neat. It felt smooth and effortless to jot down information on any type of paper. These pens are some of the best that I’ve written with. When I have a lot to write, these pens makes it fun and easier to finish.

Make sure the tip seal is completely removed, and try warming up the pen on a piece of scratch paper before use. If the pen doesn&rsquo;t start immediately, gently tap it on the paper to bring the ink forward.
