The package was as in two pieces and the pens were just sitting in it but the pens weren’t damaged or even used so I don’t know what that was about but that was my first impression lol The pens are all in bright, brilliant and beautiful colors like it says. The color of the pen coordinates with the ink, so the white pen is indeed white ink. I don’t care for how some of them write. So the blue, teal, lime, yellow, pink and grey write well and the others have issues with consistency so it fades out when writing. I’ve tried it on note book paper and bible paper to see if the pens are bleed and smudge proof. I wrote a little prayer in the color pink/salmon and the pen didn’t seem to smudge (I waited a minute for it to dry) and there was no bleeding. I think these pens would be okay for Bible not taking and for any project or need for colorful pens. The click functionality is a nice touch because I feel as most colorful pens have the pull off caps and that can get irritating after a while so the click is a plus. Overall, these pens were not disappointing and I do expect them to last a while. I love to mix up colors and have some little touches to my life to switch things up a bit! I think these are perfect for anyone who loves pens to color, enjoys bright colorful pens or even to gift someone! I will enjoy using these for my Bible and for college! Hope this helps!!!
