Such a smooth writing experience
Paper mate has always made nice products. This 1.4mm ball point pen is awesome. It has bright red ink, that is easy to see & writes very smoothly! It reminds me of writing with a gel style ink. It flows on lined paper, thicker puzzle book paper & computer printer paper with no issues & it has yet to smear too! The pen itself is plastic, it has a push button tip, clip & comfortable grip! This will be used mostly to grade my nieces homeschool work/home work, but will also be used (as shown) in my puzzle book(s) & to write quick notes or lists. I will be investing in some more profile brand pans as they write so nicely!!

Writes Smooth
I really like the Paper Mate Profile pens in Black. I like how the pens comes in a box containing 36, and the box is easy to open, and easy to close. When I took a pen out of the box, I really liked the overall look of the pen. The pen is lightweight, and I like the grip on the bottom, which is very comfortable. The pen clicks open to expose the ball point, and click again to re-track the ball point. The pen writes very smoothly, evenly, and has become my new favorite pen at my desk. I also like how the pen has a clip near the top, making it easy to attach it to my shopping list, or to my pocket.

Smooth writing tip and comfortable in the hand
Writing a review on a pen is sometimes a simple does it work and last. But the Profile is a different story. It's a high quality pen, especially for the price. It is comfortable in the hand and doesn't tire your grip. I tend to write for up to an hour at a time and typically 3 to 4 hours a day, so the comfort in the hand is important. The pens also use ink judiciously, meaning they last for several weeks before running low on ink. The glide on the paper is smooth and there is very little to no bleeding on the page. This is just a really good, workhorse of a pen.

Excellent pens
These Paper Mate Profile Retractable Ballpoint Pens are excellent. They are great to use for artwork, crafts or just for schoolwork, writing journals, making scrapbooks or grocery lists. The pens feel good in your hands and write very smoothly. The ink comes out easily and they write continuously without stopping or smearing. The red color is well saturated and really glides easily on the paper. These pens have a comfortable grip and do not require a lot of pressure for writing. I highly recommend these pens.

Love these pens!
I am very much satisfied with paper mate profile 1.4 bold ballpoint pens, black. This pack includes 36 black ball point pens.They are very smooth on paper. They dry fast and resists smearing. It has soft and smooth finger grip. These pens quality is great! These pens don’t make giant globs of ink when we are writing and very comfortable to hold and write. It gives a nice writing experience. It has nice rich black color ink. Retractable design with a clip protects pocket and purses.

Great pens
First, I love the size of this pack of pens. I had a collection of random half working pens in my house and I'm glad to have a good collection of GOOD pens now. They write effortlessly and clear. I like the thickness and boldness of the ink and how easy it is to use these. I have a lot of muscle weakness in my hands so I hate having to put pressure when writing. With these pens I don't have to use a lot of strength or worry about focusing on pushing down.

I found this pen while attending community college and have LOVED them ever since! Truth be told; yes there are cheaper pens on the market, these are more expensive BUT they are worth every single extra penny!! and I do mean that. Smooth writing
I think a good set of ballpoint pens is always good to have on hand at home or wherever needed. These are also retractable pens so no worries of loosing any caps. This is a set of four red pens which write smoothly and does not bleed or smear when using. I like to use these pens to make grocery lists, letters, fill out documents and more. They feel sturdy and comfortable when using. So for anyone looking for a good set of red ballpoint pens these are it.
