Paper Mate Profile Ballpoint Pen Refills (SP_1532454) are only available in a 1.0 mm medium point, and currently, Paper Mate does not offer a 0.7 mm ballpoint refill specifically for the Profile line. The 1.0 mm version is designed for smooth, bold writing, but if you're looking for a finer line, this may feel too broad. While there isn&rsquo;t a 0.7 mm ballpoint refill made specifically for the Profile pens, another option is switching to the Paper Mate Profile Gel pens, which are available in 0.7 mm and offer a similar feel with finer, more precise ink flow.
