Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Writing I am an old school writer. I write notes and lists and reminders. I like the feeling of the pen on paper sailing smoothly across as my thoughts become visual. So i tried the Paper Mate Comfortmate ultra retractable Ballpoint pen. I used the blue color as I wrote my shopping list. I also brought the pen with me and crossed off as I bought and added as I remembered. This pen is smooth and with one click lit retracts so my brand new purse doesnt get pen mark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried and True, Smooth and BLUE Ive been using Paper Mate pens since I was old enough to hold one. And this pack I just bought are as good if not better than the same ones I first held 40 years ago. In the era of compromised quality over quick and disposable, these tried-and-true pens are fantastic performers and great quality. I cannot speak highly enough of their writability, ease of use, and clear clean lines. Very happy with this purchase, as always, from Paper Mate.

I love a good pen that has a nice feel and a comfortable grip to hold while Im writing notes or drawing. This pen is just that. It has a soft rubber like feeling. And it writes in an even smooth flow. It's retractable so it won't bleed or burst if it's in your purse or your pocket. Paper mate is one of my favorite brands for school, office and stationary supplies.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thin body and roller misses The body of the pen is thinner than I like and the ball point seems to miss. The ink doesn't smudge but as I stated, there were areas of missing ink. I tried to take care of this issue by "scribbling" the tip in hopes of coating it with ink but this did not alleviate the issue. The thin body makes it difficult to use for extended periods of time, just kind of uncomfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Writing I really like these Paper Mate Comfortmate Ultra Retractile Ballpoint Pens because the provide smooth writing. I love that they do not have a cap because somehow pen caps seem to get lost. These pens have a medium point. The clip is a great way to keep you pen handy either in your pocket or notebook. They are also have a comfortable feel when writing.

It writes smooth and is comfortable to hold. I do a lot of writing and it lasts a long time. The ink doesn't smudge and it glides evenly over the paper.

I was in love with the color and with the way the pen flows when I write. Keep up the good work Paper Mate. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pens I got this pen a few weeks ago and I love it. I love how smooth it writes and it doesn't glob up. When I write my hand is always laying on the paper and using some pens my hand ends up with ink on it with these it stays clean. I also love clicking when I use a pen so that is an added bonus for me.
